Refund and cancellation

We want you to subscribe with confidence. These are the cancellation and refund rules.
Turning off renewal
- Turn off renewal at any time from your billing page. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling the free trial
- Cancel the trial from your account page before it ends and you won't be charged anything. Your jobs stay open until the trial ends.
Refunds
- First payment: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying.
- Renewals: you can ask for a refund within 7 days of a renewal if you haven't used the service since it renewed.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method and can take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to us through the contact page from the email on your account, and include the payment date.
